BiNeural.ai (“Platform”) is a browser-based web tool for bilateral sound experiences. This policy explains how your privacy is protected when you use it.

Short version: we do not collect your data because it never reaches us.

2. Data Processed and Local Operation
Your audio: uploaded sounds are decoded, processed and downloaded solely in your own device memory (RAM/browser). They are never sent to our servers, stored, copied, analysed or shared with third parties. Closing the tab wipes them from memory.
Accounts and identity: no account needed; we never ask for or collect identity data like name or email.
Preferences: your language and theme choices live only in your browser (localStorage); they are never sent to us.
3. Cookies and Advertising
The Platform may contain slots from Google AdSense or other ad networks. These providers may use their own cookies and similar technologies for interest-based ads, governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
They have no access to your audio files.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; ads may become less relevant but the Platform keeps working.
4. Measurement and Analytics
We currently use no behavioural analytics or tracking tools. In the future only anonymous, aggregate visit statistics may be used; these are never matched to individual listening behaviour.
5. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13 and we knowingly collect no data from them (we collect no personal data at all). Parents may reach us at hello@bimeural.app with questions.
6. Your Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
Your rights under Art. 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the GDPR (information, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) are reserved. As we hold no records on you, most rights are met in practice with a “no data” response.
Write to hello@bimeural.app; we reply within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the KVKK Board and, if in the EU, to your local data-protection authority.
7. Security and Retention
As data never reaches us, there is no server-side retention. Nothing needs to be transmitted; browser memory clears when the tab closes.
8. Changes and Effective Date
This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page and takes effect upon publication.
